Bedford Books: Author Talk

Join authors and former attorneys Kristin Koval and Kerry Nichols for a compelling conversation about their books, Penitence and Puppy Brain. Penitence is a Barnes & Noble Discover Pick and a People Magazine Book of the Week, while Puppy Brain is a USA Today national bestseller. Though very different on the surface—one a novel about finding forgiveness after an unexpected murder, the other a groundbreaking exploration of how a dog’s brain works—their books share a surprising emotional throughline. Kristin and Kerry will also talk about their journeys from law to literature, the idea of second acts, and the unexpected turns that shape a life.

Light refreshments will be served.
